Developing 21st-century skills

With this project, we motivate and empower vulnerable groups of young people, reducing the number of NEET youth and youth threatened by poverty and social exclusion, supporting their successful transition to adulthood.

The challenge of project

In Serbia, in 2021, as we know, the NEET rate (the share of NEET youth in the total number of youth) for the age group 15 to 29 was 18.8%. for women 20.4%. According to the composite indicator of the risk of poverty or social exclusion (AROPE), 30% of young people in Serbia belong to at least one of the three dimensions of vulnerability, including low work intensity, relative poverty and material deprivation. In response to this challenge, let’s implement this project that will provide innovative and sustainable career management skills development services, accessible to all young people and via mobile. phone or laptop, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: online training, courses and mentoring support as well as gamification – learning through play.
